Wow. This is the best post-TFA fic about Rey and Luke I've read. It's lyrical, the characters are perfectlu rendered, and you set yourself up for a sequel. I would definitely read more. Thank you for sharing this! Well done!

Great story! Her being a Skywalker was nice to put in there, along with her relationship to Finn. I liked how she was trained by Luke and you gave some backstory as to why and how he gave her up.

This was such a beautiful story. It left me wanting so much more if I were to be completely honest, however. Still I will appreciate what I got. It is too good not to.

What a richly drawn piece of writing this is, Shadows of a Dream. If I could figure out why I can't copy lines and past them, you would know exactly what I liked most. I'll start at the end. The Rey/Finn interaction is everything I wanted. Finn's determination. Rey's vulnerability, even if she's trying to deny it.

I was surprised by Luke's departure, but captivated by your how immersed I was in what played like a demonic attack. Voices in the darkness, almost disembodied physical attacks. Ren's minions were spooky.

I very much like how Rey and Luke's initial meeting goes. Her line about the weapon owing much to its user is was awesome. Great job.

This story was lovely. Everyone was super in character, and the descriptors were fantastic. I love how you portrayed Rey's aversion to the dark side, her duel, Luke's reasons for leaving her, and how sweet Finn was. Really well written.

I loved this so much! Your characterization is great and I love how easily this flows through before and after the Force Awakens, and Rey and Finn are my babies so their part was really cute :3

This was really good. I am left wanting more... though I do see that 'complete' marker next to status. If you ever want to continue this, you've got a reader in me. Also, this was skillfully written, hitting all the emotional moments perfectly. Thanks for this.
