MAJOR ISSUE WITH TIMELINE
Just after the timeline events of world peace and healthcare stuff, you announce a new century, however you type it as 2201, the previous entry, the world peace was 2296! This completely messes with your timeline! And it is worse because it is never corrected, ending with the timeline being 2503, when based on your timeline it should be 2603. You really need to fix this.

Other then that, the timeline is quite nice and features a completely different plot path from cannon SC2.

2064- Is Germany not part of Europe?
2254- African resources after over two hundred years? When Africa is an advance Union? When the resources of the entire solar system is open to Earth? Planetary Land Grab in a space age where economic ties would make any conflict a financial loss regardless of the outcome?
2277- Seriously? In this day and age?
2278- Justifications please. How is the kinetic shield not helping against projectile weapons? Rail Guns and Mass Effect guns are not inferior to one another apart from munitions and energy requirements, both of which are in the favor of Eezo. Dismissing usable technology is foolishness and mass effect tech could be used to advance Earth's own native tech.

Will be fun to see where you take this. Somewhat unrealistic that everyone would just dismiss mass effect tech out of hand but I suppose 'plot' is a good enough reason.
