Ah. Lovely! These two were perfect to talk in metaphors to one another. His nose growing indeed.

This is such a great story, with a perfect blend of humor and romance. (I lol'ed at "Pinocchio, his nose short" and in a few other places.) It was such a creative idea to have Will and Deanna use the Tamarian language to skirt around their real feelings for each other. Bonus points for the Harry Pointer reference!

Very in character, always shying away from their true feelings and falling back to friendship as if nothing was going on. Thank you for sharing your story!

I have to admit, I don't usually pair Troi and Riker, but this story makes me want to!
