| jiemae chapter 3 . 11/18/2015 With both Mimika and Shizune, I feel bad for them. It sucks that Shizune has to deal with this crap, and I can sympathize with Mimika. She truly loves her daughter and only wants the best for her; but being strange in a bad way isn't always the best thing in the Narutoverse. It's interesting we get to know such things concerning her birth, and puts a lot of emphasis on how different she is. This creates a lot of meaning in her otherness and Mimika having to realize this early on must hurt in ways that most could not understand. I love, love, love this beautiful story. |

| jiemae chapter 2 . 11/16/2015 I forgot I needed to review, but HOLY CRAP THIS IS GOOD. "but they're old friends" is so meaningful in this context, meaning she probably died a tragic, painful death. I really enjoy that certain mystery concerning Shizune and her past life, and this sort of break down is understandable and sad. Beautifully written and the pacing is solid right now in my humblest opinion. I really sympathize with this Shizune and wonder where you'll take her in the story. |
