Aww man, I like Mikey being ambiguously around. Welp, kudos on your story; you’re doing a good job with it.

Interesting tone for this chapter. The owner’s manner of speech almost makes it seem like Phantom and Skulker just brawl for the heck of it, except Skulker is some unknown delinquent while Phantom is the scrappy neighbor’s kid who’s always getting into trouble whenever he’s not helping you with your yardwork free of charge.

I just found this fic and have been reading the AN too, and just want you to know, if you need someone to talk to, PM me. I used to suffer depression, and I know some things work for some people, but not for others. I might be able to help you figure out what works for YOU. I can tell what worked for me likely won't for you, because I'm a very stubborn and prideful person, got fed up with depression weighing me down like an anchor, and essentially went, "Fuck this shit, I'm done moping!" and charged straight forward like bull without looking back. That's clearly not something that would work for you, but I might be able to help you figure out something that DOES.

(I basically wound up hitting what for me was a breaking point and turned it into a sword to fight with. There's a reason my godmother dubbed me an Amazon Warrior Princess after all.)

Now the only thing that needs to happen to the GIW is a little misplaced aggression, and my 'need to hurt'-I mean 'tortu'-I mean wishlist will be complete... I'm not violent I swear. On another note... Yay Abby! Yay Ducky! This is a fun chapter, especially for those that dislike the wannabe ghostbusters and wish to rip them a new a*****e. It does really well in lightening the story from the previous chapter as well. Also I enjoyed reading that a citizen of Amity stood up for Phantom against "law enforcement" in front of law enforcement. And now the coin flip..(flips coin)(coin goes up)(coin comes down) OH, COME ON! HOW DOES IT EVEN DO THAT! It landed standing up on it side! Well fudge...mmmmmm, fudge(eats fudge)...(sees you)Fudge?(offers fudge) Keep up the amazing job! Looking forward to the next chapter.

Excellent chapter, fantastic job. A T-rating for right now is okay, but if you think that its going to get more graphic than it is now then you might be safer bumping up the rating. You wouldn't have to do it right now either if you do change the rating; you could change it when you get to a chapter that you believe is more graphic. But for now a T-rating is fine. As for Mikey's last name if you haven't picked it out yet, assuming his name is actually Micheal with Mikey being a nickname, how about Thorn. Michael "Mikey" Thorn. I mean his mother is called Mrs. T...which doesn't mean anything if he has his father's last name, and his father's last name doesn't start with a T; but if he does have his mother's last name, then it makes sense for his last name to start with a T. Also in Danny Phantom having a kid with the last of Thorn wouldn't be that strange. It might be a bit of a stretch for NCIS maybe but should still work. You could also name him Michael "Mikey" Turtle and get a Ninja Turtles reference, just a thought. And hey, its okay making us wait; Life happens to everyone. Even if its nothing more than being lazy or needing a break from writing and drawing, there's nothing wrong with that. After all, you're the one in control of the story not us; we're on your time, Boss, not you on ours, so take as much time as you need. I suck at comforting people, so that's about as much as I can say. Keep up the wonderful job. I look forward to the next chapter and the rest of the story.

This the first time I've read a NCIS crossover with DP and I have to say you done great job! Can't wait to read more!
