I don't think the first thought a seven year old would have with an egg would be of a fatherly role. More like brother or friend. It stretches way too far out of believable.

I think Ash & Pikachu act more like brothers, then father & son. Also Ash should talk & straighten out Silver's jealousy of Ash having more then one child.

Also is Silver the same Silver from the Johto Journeys? Or is there two Lugia's named Silver?

I wanted to post this a while ago but I like always like the creative twists people put on Ashy Boy's story, yours is no exception. I like how he was chosen for the task of caring for a legendary before he even becomes a trainer and yet I can see how he retains his personality from the original series.

I already said this over a PM but DANG! 100 favs and follows in such a relatively short amount of time. Either this story gets a lot of public endorsement or people just really love alternate Ash stories, or some third thing that I was too lazy to consider. Whatever the case is I was impressed.

I also want to say in response to Uranium235's review that the number of views are totally irrelevant to the actual number of people who read your story. Views are added whenever any chapter of a story is opened by anyone (self included) any number of times. So if someone were to read through your six chapters, six views would be added to the total. If the same individual reads through them again, another six would be added. Heck, they could even just be refreshing the page and each time the page opens another view would be added. Point being that it is impossible to know just how many people have read a story but the number of people could never be greater than the number of views your story has so it would be best not to even think about it and if you want to appreciate the number of views your story racks up then nothing should stop you from doing just that.

With that I like the way this story is heading. I certainly hope this story is going the way you like it and I look forward to seeing what you come up with next for it. It probably goes without saying that I hope you find this review encouraging/helpful.
