This story is amazing! I love all the new characters as well. I was hoping that Sabine was going to be a match for Merlin...they seemed good together. But, alas, poor Merlin never gets a girl! But what a cliffhanger to leave us with! Gosh, I hope you start updating again soon. And the sequel sounds awesome as well. I will definitely be looking forward to what you have coming next.

This story was too interesting to stop and review until this chapter...it was hilarious! I haven't enjoyed anything this much in a long time. OMGaius! I love Horatius. And really enjoyed Arthur and Merlin's banter here. You are an amazing writer and if it wasn't so late and I wasn't so tired I'd keep reading. The whole story is wonderful and I am really looking forward to the rest.

Before humans die, they write their last will and testament, give their home and all they have to those they leave behind.
If, with my paws, I could do the same, this is what I’d ask…..

To a poor lonely stray I’d give my happy home; my bowl and cozy bad, soft pillow and all my toys;
the lap, which I loved so much; the hand that stroked my fur and the sweet voice that spoke my name.

I’d will to the sad, scared shelter cat the place I had in my human’s loving heart, of which there seemed to be no bounds.

So, when I die, please do not say, “I will never have a pet again, for the loss and pain is more than I can stand.”

Instead, go find an unloved cat, one whose life has held no joy or hope and give my place to him.

I love you so much for not saying the staff of Hermes so many people get them confused but the Rod of Asclepius has one snake around it while the caduceus has two and it drives me crazy when people get them wrong because they have two completely different meanings and gods associated with them
