Eeee! Of always loved this one. I’m glad to see it posted. I haven’t even read it again yet, just hopped over as soon as I saw it posted. Knowing I’m the few who’ve read it already. (And so many times, including just recently.)

I love how well this AU ended up turning out. The way Lightning and Storm play off each other really is great and makes it so fun. I always take such pleasure in re-reading it.

It’s been a long time since I last logged in my Fanfiction account, recently I’ve just read, not bothering to leave a review or something alike... but yeah, your stories are so good I can’t leave them their without typing a review. I want to thank you with all my heart for writing such brilliant fanfic. I always have a soft spot for mentor/guardian fanfic, not to mention Doc Hudson is my favorite character in “Cars”, and you really did him justice in your stories.
To be honest, I wasn’t that interested in the “Cars” movies before, especially when the first one has a happy ending and the second one is all flashy but Doc is gone. I guess I stopped caring after “Cars 2”, so when “Cars 3” was out, I didn’t see it. Then one day (very recent), I turned on my TV and saw “Cars 3”, right at the heartbreaking scene “Racing wasn’t the best part of Hud’s life. You were.” And I found myself tear up. I started searching for fanfic and ended up finding your stories. Truly wonderful! I’m looking forward to your updates, both this and the AU.

Oh poor Woody! This poor sweet toy has no way of helping the boy he grew to love. And Jesse, oh honey. You poor sweet thing.

Oh my. This was adorable and broke my heart. I loved this chapter. Made me think of my toys I have on my book shelf that I keep in good condition.

Oh, poor Jesse. I'm sorry honey, you poor thing. Of course he would want the girl named ruth to be like his sister. But she never will be. No one named ruth with ever be like his ruthie.

Also, I LIVE! I have been swamped with schoolwork. Got to love doing the equivalent of 23 hours of course work a week, not counting the homework. 17 credit hours plus at least 6 hours of student teacher observation. It sucks, but I love my kids. Also, they loved the candy, which made me very happy.

Aww, poor Jesse, Ruth’s name would drive him crazy like that. And he’s got Emily back in Radiator Springs, and poor boy when his injuries act up.

Damn it, now I need a one shot with woody and jesse. Damn it.
