Let's see , cute little young Luffy has how many big guys who will go after anyone who tries to kill him at this age? Of yeah 4 of the biggest names out there. And then you've got some of the revolutionarys who are close to Dragon , and the Whitebeard and the Red hair crews and his brothers ... I'm pretty sure that that's over 100 , at the least, people who would fight for where they are in line to go after people trying to hurt the kids. I'd say that they're pretty safe actually.
