Did you seriously just crank out like 27k words and 3 chapters in 15 days? Who are you?

Just wanted to drop in and say you're doing a phenomenal job. Absolutely loving how everything's playing out. I liked the whole "Riku joins the fight" thing. Moments like those are pretty satisfying to write since you spend a long time building up to that breakthrough for the character and you can finally just let it go. Obviously as a reader it's fun too, so I was doubly hyped.

So we're at an obvious conclusion of one of the story arcs, but you've got enough going on here that I still have room to wonder about what's next and how things will shake out. I'm obviously invested in the SK and RN (I don't remember this subplot from the original, but in fairness, I haven't read the original in years) lines.

The final phase of the tournament was very creative and incorporated elements from several games with excellent balance.

RIKU AND SORA! YASSSSS!

Well they've won some competitions and lost some. Nice of Yuna and even Tidus help out Sora and Kairi upon learning of Xion's condition, even with the drama surrounding Tidus specifically. That said, winning this Underdrome tournament got more urgent with prior losses, and only one team left in their group to participate.

Looking forward to seeing what Riku is capable of with a Keyblade, now that he's been driven to picking one up again for Xion's sake. Really shows how much Xion had an impact on him. Where this goes ought to be interesting to watch. Hope to see the next chapter soon.

I was looking forward to these battles scenes from you. Simple enough to imagine them play out in my head, but complex enough that it requires a great imagination to come up with, and always keeps me on my toes.

I could have sworn this tournament was in a grid where the pain was real, but the injuries weren't, so I was a bit shocked when Kairi's injury was actually really serious. For some reason I thought the Cure spells were to heal the pain within the grid of the tournament haha. Well even if I didn't expect it, I'm SO EXCITED IT TURNED OUT THIS WAY SO RIKU CAN TAKE UP THE KEYBLADE ONCE MORE FOR XIOOOOONNNN. I wonder what happened to the guy that he gave it up.

Yo Kyorii! I'm actually an old reader hehe. I was really a fan of the first Teenage Wasteland back then and actually took a break from reading fanfics for YEARS due to some life events. Now, I'm back here again and I'm thrilled by the new and improved Teenage Wasteland! I literally bingeread this for 2 days and ngl, reading your stories really takes me back. I really love how it is very reminiscent of the old TW yet being much more concrete and realistic at some points. Thank you for still creating fanfics over the years.
