You have written a lovely and well-written fanfiction. Lately, I've been searching for works that are worth reading, and I want to thank you for writing this. Not only does this fic stand out technically, such as in grammar and structure, it also engages with important themes that allow Teddy's story to go beyond a typical, shallower fanfiction. This fic has caused me to think more about our relationships with others, and how those relationships change when those people are gone, but that those people aren't completely gone. Again, thank you, and I look forward to reading the rest of this series.

Okay, this story engaged me from beginning to end. Thank you so much for writing and sharing! It was difficult to get used to the OCs that didn't fit the JKR family tree at first, but now they're an essential part of the story and I feel very much attached. In other words, wonderful characterization! The idea of Lupin and Tonks leaving memories for Teddy? And finding all the lost things? Ugh, so original and fitting to the plot, and I'm glad to read that Teddy is slowly coming to terms with the loss of his parents. Also, Muggles and Minions is a game I would LOVE to play, and it's fascinating that the wizarding world basically had its own version of D&D. How DO you come up with these things? Kudos to your creativity! I'm gonna move on to the second story of the series now. But I just wanted you to know I loved this :)

so she had loved him from the start... I haven't expected that. I felt as though I was Teddy seeing all those memories. Thaat letter was a briliant idea. But that scene with Dora and her Mr. Lupin is the best. Teddy is a lot like Remus and I so glad of it.

"no love he got, no caring for, had fallen on his ears like his father's voice"... I'm practically howling after reading this...and Neville's "you were cheated" sums up my feelings. I likedd that Neville offered Teddy some tea. It echoes Remus's actions. I don't know how you manage to write this, if I tried to write something like that, I'd end up crying, howling and smashing things.

The last scene was so touching. Teddy's "is mum with you" and Remus's "we're together always" stabbed at my heart. Though I wonder why Remus said Dora's watching over Teddy and not "we're watching over you". I've always knew Teddy would look for something that would remind him of his parents, it's like that mirror of erised all over again. It's not fair Remus and Dora died! I'm going to use a time turner and save them! now!

that bond between Tonks and Remus is amazing! she was always meant to protect him and be with him... that's just so touching.

Remus Lupin died while saving another student...That's just... I just love Remus Lupin...

I usually don't read Teddt Lupin fanfics mainly because I end up crying. But I decided to give this one a try, and did end up crying. When I read his father hadpainted his room I felt so devastated - he painted his son's room, was so happy when his son was born and yet never got to see this son grow up. I bet Teddy will be a lot like Remus, he even chose a kitten whom others hurt, that's exactly what his father always did- protect the weak, the ones who are bullied. I'll never forgive J. K. for killing off Remus Lupin.

I am only through chapter 4 but I am in love with this story! I really feel like I am back in the Wizarding World and going along for the journey with Teddy Lupin. Reminiscing about/pining for the past but also forging his own path. Thank you for this story, I will post more after I get through the rest.

I have to admit that I teared up a bit when I read the last sentence of this chapter. It was great to see Harry connect with this father through the map and it's great to see Teddy do the same.
I'm excited to see where this goes :D
