You could leave this as a oneshot and I would be satisfied. This story feels like a snapshot of someone's life that they shared. Very intimate and alluring.

The way you had them communicate flowed. Felt like Sasuke and Sakura. You painted a lovely scene.

Sasuke was true to character because you kept him short and concise with his words. He felt natural.

I could feel Sakura's emotions at the end which I liked. Because her character usually wears her emotions on her sleeve. The last line gave me an image of the two of them sleeping peacefully. As well as told me how much they mean to the other.

I do notice you relay on commas often in this story. I don't mind it however some might. Though in a spot or two I noticed that you could have used a comma. Like, 'I do know that I am who I am whether he', may have been better as, 'I do know that I am, who I am, whether he'. To make it easier to understand and look at.
