This is so sad and so fluffy! But I'm wondering how they were in the same ward when they were children. Touka's childhood ward is already known, so Kaneki must have lived there and moved to the 20th ward.

Wow, the part where he reunited with her was lovely done. Nice bit about their childhood together! (Although, I wonder what happened to Yoriko who sorta disappeared off in the end. Probably gave up on Touka when she started daydreaming about a certain someone.) XD
