I have read this story countless times since it was first posted for the GTP contest last year and it still keeps me on the edge. I love how you use the raw emotions that are practically radiating from the walls to build up the tension, and the way it breaks is… so intense, not to mention so hot! Happy belated congratulations for the first place, you certainly deserved it.

After loving her for so many years and NOW that he's dating Seven she's telling him that she loves him? His choice was a foregone conclusion. Chakotay will always love Kathryn.

Oh my what an awesome way to fix up Endgame! If only! I guessed the characters right straight away in the second sentence of course! but it didn't matter! I love the atmosphere of your story and how you get into her head. In making more of their interest in each other, you make them both much more interesting characters than they were allowed to be on screen. I love your fearless Janeway, she's brave enough to tell him the truth. Truly awesome. Thank you for sharing
