Omg this fic is so bloomin good! I love the internal dilema in Gold, and how the whole curse is beginning to unravel. Now, I know this fic hasn't been updated since last august but it's worth a shot, please update! It makes me so giddy and I find that it's rare to find something I'm so in love with!

That was unbelievable beautful! Oh my god! * hook is gonna lose his mind when his memories return...(I kept thinking miles was gonna end up walking in on rumple having a break down because he couldnt take it if someone else hed had fallen in love with hated him,like him home alone drinking and miles has no idea whats going on just that his husband says he loves him but he's scared for the first time in years that he was scared he'd get hart broken again.

God,this was so hart touching!

Miles is so freaking sweet like he's rumples opposite...

Question? Is miles going to end up finding out before he gets his memories back? Like Henry leaving his book with him why he was home alone and he cones across hook and rumplestiliskins story...

How hart stopping would it be of rumple got home and walked in the living room to see him still reading the book ? Hello dear,hey did you know apparently rumplestiliskin is my mortal enemy? (Rumple freezes)

Oh my, what a fantastic chapter! I love how all these plans have come together and now I'm at the edge of my seat about that long-awaited plot point.

Aw, I'm still gushing over how Miles managed to get the chipped cup back for him. It's soooo freaking sweet and this line made it even sweeter.

Also, "Just what IS on his mind?"- yeah... mind went into the gutter again... my brain needs to stop...

Honestly the whole beginning with the Valetine's night out, is pretty good. The emotions and banter are on point and i espically love that Rumple calls Miles a hypocrite. XD it's perfect! Even the serious part where Belle is brought up again, i mean it's all just AW! I'm really loving their interactions and their banter, and I love that Rumple loses himself in it just a little bit more with each day and moment. It's gonna make the curse breaking even more heart breaking!

And it would have ended soooo sweetly too had Moe French not stepped literally into the picture! Darn you Moe. But oh well. Rumple is Rumple after all, so this is to be expected XD

But the whole converstation while the action is happening is really good as well! I love this part "Answer me this: Who do you want him to suffer for?" and everything in between that leads to this one here "But it'll tarnish her memory in the process."

I mean this whole part in general was freaking awesome! With Miles saying "I'd be lying if I said that there was no darkness about you. Sometimes you embrace it. But sometimes, you fight it, and in those instances, I couldn't love you more if i tried. So no, I'm not forgiving you just like that. I'm forgiving you because you earned my forgiveness." I mean, seriously, it's sooooo very good. I love this!

And the ending with the story and the meaning behind it was really cute and a nice touch too!

AW, this beginning part was freaking adorable. I know I’ve said it a million times before, but I love the banter between Rumple and Miles. It’s absolutely perfect! And I love how Rumple’s resolve just keeps on dwindling down to freaking nothing the longer he’s with him. Just fracking yes!

((“I promise you Rob,” Miles said, growing serious, “Not only that we’ll get your cup back, but that I will help you honor your friend’s memory forevermore.”)) JUST FREAKING AWWW!

I also really, really like the mind frame and thoughts and conversation between Rumple and Miles while they were at the station. It’s a nice touch (but Rumple is still Rumple, haha. Those torture fantasies were very interesting).

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CHAPTER! YOU WEREN”T KIDDING THAT THIS WOULD BE A GOOD ONE! This was a really good view into the mind set of Rumple and the mind set of Miles, and I loved every single word of it!

(((Miles had understood his rage.
He saw the darkness of Rumple’s heart, and he didn’t silence it. There were limits to what he’d allow Rumple to do with that darkness, but there was an understanding of something being inside of him, something that couldn’t and wouldn’t go away, and Miles accepted that, and accommodated it. He could count the people who did that for him on one hand.)))) THIS! THIS RIGHT HERE IS FREAKING POWERFUL!

AND AHHHH! MILES/HOOK THE FRACK-A-LACKING PIRATE! HE STOLE THE CUP BACK! OMG! MILES! JUST AHHH! THAT IS SOOOOOO FREAKING ADORABLE I AM BEYOND FRACKING WORDS RIGHT NOW!

AND OOOOOOHHHHHHH! MOE YOU”RE IN FOR SOME TROUBLE!

I still love these slow shifts as Rumple grows more and more used to Miles. But as seen in the early parts of this chapter so far, Rumple is still Rumple. And Rumple is still broken hearted and vengeful against the man he was led to believe was the cause of Belle’s demise. ((Not only do I both look forward to and dread the tension to come when the curse breaks—I’ll definitely be eating popcorn and sobbing into my hot chocolate or coffee for that one—but I also look forward to seeing how you handle his redemption arc. Also really, REALLY, looking forward to seeing Bae/Neal’s perspective in all of this when the time comes… because honestly I didn’t even think about that until now. So THAT’S gonna be an interesting read too))

AWWW he cares about the heartbroken look Miles had after his run-in with Regina! This is the type of stuff I live for right now, I will happily absorb it before the chaos ensues.

Also on the subject of Victorian homes (since I’m at that part), I’ve always wondered that myself. It must have been the style back then, I’m sure, but pink and green (or the god awful purple-green-orange I remember seeing on a road trip one time) is just bizarre to me. Some of them are really pretty, but others not so much, haha.

I really like how Rumple talks about Belle to Miles, even if it's an anecdote version of their time together. It's truly adorable!

“of course they’re in size ten font, but don’t come crying to me just because you were too lazy to read your contract.” Again Rumple you imp.
“He may have forgiven Hook, but Hook most certainly wouldn’t forgive him.” no, no he won’t… not any time soon at least.
“If they weren’t wrong, I’d almost feel insulted.” HAHA!
“You threatened him,” Miles started simply. “You didn’t do it directly, but Emma and I heard you speak your riddle.” “Not a riddle,” Rumple muttered. “not the point,” ((ohhhhhh tension on V-Day)
“Rob, I’ve known you as many things, but until today, I never knew you as such a slave driver,” HAHA XD Oh Miles, Rumple’s simply getting you back for standing in his way. ((the whole conversation after this is perfect too btw!))

I enjoyed this chapter so very much, it's been a delight! Such big developments and changes, I can't wait to see where this is going next.
