Your portrayal of their dynamics is really excellent and I like how you make Harry stand up for himself as well instead of becoming some damsel in distress. One quick note though, I'm not a big fan of your usage of the word "withered," especially in a sexual way. I'm sure you meant it differently, but withered is a synonym of shriveled and has other meanings in damaging/harm, so unless you mean ex: Harry's reaction at being raped (please no) and he is withering, or he is getting flaccid, I would advise against using the word. I'm sure you didn't mean that, but the word was heavily used in chapter 6 and it's awkward to read, especially when they're having sexy times. ;) Anyways, thanks for sharing! |
