I liked the general plot though it could've been brought out way more. The story itself is a bit of a serious topic but you didn't really make any of it serious in general really.

I love this story! I know you said it was not a romance, but damn do u make a person dream! Especially that one part with hiro and tadashi just freakin cuddling out, OMG I DIED! And i love how tadashi was like 'mine' with hiro 3 keep up the good work

A way the body reacts to trauma is to shut down all emotions, but Hiro was clearly affected, this is getting rather awww inducing. It warms my heart, even though there are bad men, tadashi's there for hiro.
