great fic! i love how it parodied the scene in season one where she beats up the guy while the captain america adventure show plays but in this one, thompson genuinely appreciates her. 10/10

Far and away one of the smartest Agent Carter fics I have read - and I have read a LOT.
That whole "Captain America Radio Show" element always annoyed me as a barely amusing bit of business for the series. You, however, have turned it into an excellent plot device to bring one of Agent Carter's smugly bullying colleagues down several (pardon the pun) pegs.
CONGRATULATIONS on a wonderfully believable, thrilling, and utterly satisfying fic.

Oh this is one of best ever Cartson stories where she kicks ass and then rescues him. I can't tell you how much I loved the look on his face when she took out all those goons. Oh he will never doubt her ability to be an AGENT again. Without her saving him, there is a good chance that he would have simply disappeared, never to be seen again, as gorgeous as he is that would have been a tragedy. Just teasing but who doesn't enjoy Jack getting showed up by Peggy doing what she does best taking down the many enemies of the SSR. well done Carter and wish you had a sequel as to how Thompson explains what happened and how he was rescued by their "Coffee/Lunch Girl"

Haha! Karmic justice indeed! I literallyour love this oneshot! I keep wondering when Jack in the show is going to finally man up and face the fact that he has a lot to learn from someone like Peggy. *Sigh* So much wasted potential!

Sorry - I had loved the scene in the second episode where the radio plays in the background while she fights, and I couldn't stand Thompson most of the time (although, he was a good guy...) - so this was a wonderful story. And hilarious - but I always enjoyed irony.
