So in case you were wondering, Margot is not my real name. It is what I would pick for my Starbucks' name if I had a Starbucks' name.

I chose Vizzini-Montoya after the coolest Spaniard in all literary and film fiction and the greatest fool who ever lived that died in the best way possible - laughing.

I am a total nerd who loves the epics. Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Harry Potter, King Arthur, Robin Hood (Errol Flynn, Kevin Costner, Cary Elwes, and animated version), and many more.

I also have a thing for the myth and fantasy as can be seen from some of the above list. So Gail Carriger's Parasol Protectorate series and anything of Patricia Briggs and most of Disney also have to be added to my list of faves.

Political and historical movies like Thirteen Days, Bobby, Apollo 13, Hidden Figures ... are muy bueno.

Classic movies, books, and plays that are among my faves are all of Jane Austen, Edgar A. Poe, Shakespeare, Phantom of the Opera, Count of Monte Cristo, Little Women, Anne of Green Gables (All 8), and The Importance of Being Ernest to name a few. And if you could not tell by my pseudonym explanation, Princess Bride.

And I adore Wicked the Musical.

Fave TV shows include Firefly, Doctor Who, West Wing, Newsroom, Band of Brothers, Sherlock, NCIS, Castle, Mentalist, Tin Man, Once Upon a Time, Friends, Coupling, Supernatural (first 5 seasons), Blacklist, Outlander, How I Met Your Mother, Warehouse 13, Haven, Dark Matter, Killjoys, Wynonna Earp ...

I pretty much like everything but horror and stupid humor.

Anywho, that's my fictional likes and dislikes.

About My Writing:

I suffer from both ADHD and anal-retentiveness when it comes to my writing, so I write at the whim of my Muse and I don't like to post things until their completed and as close to perfect as I can get them. And being adult with responsibilities is a bitch.

For those of you who read my author's notes in Forever, Everlasting and are waiting for my Firefly and Tanya stories...I have bad news.

Bad News - For now, the Firefly story is cancelled (sadly just like the show) because I just can't do the characters justice while distracted by other stories and I refuse to butcher them with a half-assed attempt. Tanya's story is cancelled. Too little time and not enough inspiration.

What's in the works (as of 3/12/19):

Scenarios: A series of one-shots for Agent Carter prompted by reader requests - Status: keep the prompts coming as I am still open for business ... (disclaimer: it also depends on Muse's fancy but again currently still open for suggestions, plot bunnies, what have you)

The Space Monkey & His Fruitcake: A series of one-shots for Stargate SG-1 currently prompted by my personal whimsy but if you have prompts, my Muse may run with it. Status - some are complete, some are in rough draft form, and some are still just plot bunnies. So stay tuned.
