the Icicle dude was good. I got stressed just reading about what Barry had to go through. I always did wonder how he copes with it all when i'd see him injured on TV man, but to actually read it in great detail. Good writing

I have no idea how Barry even had the capacity to deal with so much pain. It was very in character of him to apologize for everything (things usually are his fault, like the recent flashpoint :P) But way before I do feel like he was the sort of softie who would apologize for everything or just make sure his friends were okay and he wasn't giving them too much trouble. SO, that was fun to read.
