Amazing story, just perfect. Great way to further their relationship, I agree they are cute and adorable on screen and I imagine they would be more wild in private. So this is a perfect way to introduce that side of them. Loved it!

Very Hot! ...I was totally surprised by what Lisbon had intuited about Jane, making more so. I loved the way she responds to Jane's concern with how watching might be interpreted. Lovely! p.s., I am so looking forward to reading your American President au story once it is complete, and if even if it is earlier, perhaps not until the series ends. The film is one of my favorites and I was a loyal West Wing fan. I hope you know that (like so many others) I'm also a huge fan of your writing. I have a feeling that reading that story might help me with my sadness once the series ends. I know that this hasn't been the best year for you, and I wish I could offer more than the observation that given how well-loved you are by hundreds of strangers in this little corner of the universe (and I assure you that affection is based on far more than your considerable talent), I suspect you are adored by the many people who know you in your real life. I wish you peace, comfort, patience, and humor as you find your way back to better times. Finally, please forgive the possibly offbase and definitely invasive suggestion to try to find healthy ways to vent off anger and resentment that can accompany difficult times. I offer this up, because when one's usual disposition doesn't even often require the expression of such feelings prior to their processing-after which they are often quite diminished if not gone-it can be quite unnerving to feel such darker emotions and not have had a lot of practice at expressing them. Just know it is necessary to vent when you experience them in sufficient measure. Necessary, even for nice people, who, irritatingly enough for them, feel even worse in doing so (which adds to the resentment, which adds to self-pity, which adds to the anger-because nice people feel guilty about self-pity, which, adds. Well, I know nothing about this, of course...) Feel better fellow being.

I always thought Jane would be a talker but you right, it makes sense that he would also like to watch. I love when a story makes me realize something I hadn't seen about a character. Love the smut too of course :)

I had to reread it and still can't get over the fact how amazing this one shot is! You did wonderful work here! I am happy how things are going on the show I mean that we at least get to see a little bit but it would be so nice to get to see a little bit more of them sigh. But well I guess we have to take what we can get. And leave the rest to our amazing fan fiction writers like you are! I can't wait for more of your stories; you're amazing!

I wasn't crazy about this episode either, honestly. And it's not even that it was a bad episode, it was just Abbot-centered rather than Jisbon-centered. And I totally understand the writers' right, creatively, to expand on his character. (Although a fellow Mentalista friend of mine will and has argued to the death over how pointless it is to focus on him when this is the final season, with only 13 episodes total, and an audience that truly only cares about Jisbon at this point. I choose to leave that one alone.)

Anyway, back to this awesome tag. I had a love-hate relationship with the final scene too. Baker's reaction to the cup was so well done (as always). You could almost see the image of Lisbon painstakingly gathering all those pieces up for him and glueing them back together flashing through Jane's mind, making him in awe of the love behind the gesture. And then, yay (!), we got a kiss (two even!)...that was incredibly chaste. Which was disappointing.

HOWEVER - your interpretation that Jane is holding back in his sexual expression because he wants to show her she's cherished really makes sense. I LOVED how your Lisbon summoned her courage and made herself vulnerable to him in such an erotic display, all to help him do the same. Lovely. And SO hot. Yours and Starry's tags have really gone a long way in making me view this scene from a more understanding angle. So thanks!
