I read this story right after « Gone » and found it amazing ! I cried a lot, especially during chapters 54 and 55. I had to have a break because my heart was so broken !
I also laughed a lot, I was so relieved when Mike’s health improved, happy for him and Harvey, then I cried again during chapter 67.
I’m really glad that you decided to describe the journey of a person having a cancer. I lived with someone who had cancer and this reminded me of so many memories… At first I thought I couldn’t read it because I felt too concerned, but I was wrong : this story helped me to feel better. You reminded me that keeping hope is the most important thing, even if in my case it ended a few years ago… And the relation between Mike and Harvey is incredible. Their relationship is so strong, so powerful ! Thank you for your story.
Now I’m going to read the last chapter of « Gone », I’m ready to cry again !
