You must be psychotic to have thought up the idea of Elrond throwing an Interfandom Intergalactic Christmas Party, and you must also be extremely BRILLIANT. Your humor is sharp and ridiculous and I completely love this! I admit, I only clicked on this story because the description fit so well with the picture you posted and that had me laughing already, so I was sucked in.

I was laughing even harder at the "We join our mutual friend Elrond" bit, inexplicably. As fun as all of the antics of all of these beloved characters are, as silly as their interactions are, I think the best use of humor here is simply your wording.

"Ada's drunk."

"Already?" Elrond said incredulously.

I don't know why that's so funny but that sort of had me in fits. I also loved Batman's "impossibly intense voice". So accurate. And of course those things that everyone else has already remarked upon - Thranduil's partay elk, "Because I'm Batman", love it all. Also love your use of ... what are those called, ellipses? Yes, those thingies. Using those to get across Elrond's perspective on how the evening is going is super effective. His sort of aloof yet usually tactful way of describing the myriad beings he is encountering.
