I like the story so far keep it up :)

Two things I would focus on.
1. Making sure that Amy and Sonic and Shadow have their roles in this romantic comedy down, but make sure their characters still show nuance and deeper levels, make sure their motivations are clear. That will break your story out of the rom com mold it could easily drown into
2. You Bring up Destiny, I can't wait to see what you do with it as a concept.

This is a decent fic though i have to say that Sonic kind of comes off as bit of a jerk towards Amy when he ran off on her and leaving her behind then just so then he could win the race, he would have gone back and help her up because he cares for his friends. I know he doesn't seem interested in romance since he's a free man that prefers having the free life rather the life that alot of lovers have when they get married and have kids but i don't think he would run off on her like that just for the sake of getting in place for the race since she's one of his best pals along with Tails and Knuckles.

Also you might want to fix your grammar on some of the words, mostly ones like this "Just the two of u!" which is missing the letter s on the end and be sure to space some of the words like crying female which in this fic is "cryingfemale". Just letting you know about some of the errors on this fic.

However with all that said, i say this is a decent story about Amy and her trying to get over the fact that Sonic ran off on her.

So i give this fic 3 and a half out of 5 Omochaos, nothing special but still a good read for fans of the Sonic rider games.
