Great job! Just a few minor mistakes:
1. Dialogue:
Condition #1: The dialogue is in front. It would look like this - "Hi," she said.
Instead of a period, you put a comma, and you do not capitalize the S in she. If you want to replace the comma with a ! or a ? then nothing happens to the format.
Condition #2: The dialogue is after. It would look like this - He responded, "Hello."
PAY CLOSE ATTENTION. THERE IS A SPACE AFTER THE COMMA. If you would like for it to end with a ! or a ?, then do not change the format. The first letter of the sentence in the dialogue MUST be capitalized.
Condition #3: The dialogue is split up. It would looks like this - "I would like a raise," the man scratched behind his ear awkwardly, "if possible." This uses the format of both.
2. It's "too" as in the quantity. "To" is used for different purposes.
