I was going to say the same thing, that their baby was going to be born in December. When I first read this fanficiton I thought the author has already read the latest manga but the publishing date of back in 2015 simply could not have allowed theghoulthatwrites to know the detail. After reading this fanficiton I am almost hoping that the children are twins in canon.
