Some ideas for his sisters could be Sir Integra from Hellsing, maybe you could have Samus aran from Metroid, Cecilia alcot from infinite stratos, inchyo from negima master negi. She wo6ld be especially funny if you kept her as a bro-con, another could either be satalizer e. Brigidette, or Elizabeth mably from freezing. Just some sister ideas.

It's been over a year since you've last updated this story. I do hope you return someday and continue this masterpiece of a fanfic. Whenever I reread this story when I have the chance, I can't but feel sad as if it's abandoned. Whatever you're up to. I hope you're doing great and again waiting for your return to this amazing fanfic.

If you're still picking a pairing velvet and jaune would be something you could try

Go with the harem I have always wanted to see a Jaune harem fic where Jaune is a single father and the girls wanna B the mothers to the kid it would b awesome in my opinion.

Jaune's sisters try Saber from Fate Stay Night, Leone from Akame Ga Kill, Milia from Guilty Gear, Sena from Haganai, Noel from Blazblue, Asia from Highschool DxD and Roka from D-Frag

Perhaps if you can introduce only Penny and forget about Cinder and her gang. I only say this because of some bias when it comes to the events of Volume 3...

As for the pairing...well, I still vote no to the harem idea if it's still out their. As for Yang...again, no. But now I have a second reason thanks to this chapter:

Break the cycle, Jaune. BREAK IT!

Now then...I'd pick Weiss for the girl to be with Jaune. Not that I don't like Arkos or Lancaster, but perhaps the idea of Jaune being responsible (despite it's because he has a daughter) will make Weiss see him in a new light...and by that, she tolerates him more and steadily forms a better opinion of the knight. Eventually, she realizes that there's more to him than his goofball nature, and she falls for him.

Oh the irony.

If not Weiss, then...crap, it's hard to pick between Ruby and Pyrrha...

You know what? Screw it. My pick is Weiss. Plus, if you think about it: an Arc dating a Schnee...

As for whether or not the chapters should be long or short...I guess short. Not SHORT short, but maybe...about half the length of this chapter, which would be between 5000 and 6000 words...actually, make that between 5000 and 7000, just to be safe. Not that I don't mind that this chapter was long (especially considering the chapter length of a certain other story, as well as one of my own), but perhaps making future chapters shorter would be a good thing.
