Equivocal summaries pull me in every time. And then that author's note at the top, just yes, bb Sakura needs /more love/. I was amazingly shocked by this utter amazingness, though really I shouldn't have been considering this is the one and only wingedmercury I speak of.

Lol I am one of those sad people who knows almost everything I do about Shippūden from fanfic and the Naruto Wikia. I think I've watched ten episodes, maybe fifteen? Still, I do have to say that I think this flows seamlessly into canon and I /wish it was canon/ so so bad.

Sakura's internal conflict at the beginning was such Sakura I had to go back and read it over again, like, THIS IS HOW YOU CHARACTERIZE SAKURA, PEOPLE. And then /her sacrifice/, I got teary-eyed right then and there and I probably should not be reading something so heart-rending before bed but I don't care because this is worth it. The feels are killing me.

"I'm the one who'll be Hokage," XD Sakura, darling, I love it. XD

I have to admit I was a little mad when I found out about Kishimoto's Ashura/Indra copout—isn't Naruto supposed to be about controlling your own destiny that's what HE TOLD NEJI, but no, Sasuke and Naruto were /destined/ to be rivals and /destined/ to be great. Maybe he did kill Neji for a reason, that being the symbolic death of everything that made Naruto /Naruto/. But Sakura isn't left out here, she has a place two and she is not forgotten as a super awesome member of the legendary team seven. And that, I appreciate very much.

The last paragraph gave me chills. The incorporation of the title is perfect. Just this is everything I ever wanted for Sakura. Thank you forever.

Oh my lord what have I just read! Shanaro! This got to be one of the best Sakura stories I have read here on Fanfiction. So much thoughts and emotions coming from our favourite Konoha medic.
First of all a really splendid idea to give Sakura more screen time at this time. I felt the same way that there was not enough of her in the story. That is why I'm so glad to have found this one-shot. Secondly your description are so good! Really! So vivid and easy to imagine in my head and the scenes where she tried to save them that was so powerful. And lastly, your characterisation of Sakura was absolutely on point. You nailed it perfect through her action and thoughts, especially her thoughts. When she thought about who to choose that was when I felt it!
I don't think I have more to save. No negatives about this. It was a pleasure to read this. You did an AMAZING job. This is what should have happened in the manga/anime. So beautiful! I'm going to tick that favourite box now

More than a mere friend, more than someone who loves, this depicts her importance as one of the Legendary members this team, and I rather enjoyed how it was told. This is so nice! Sakura giving her all to save them and Sasuke finally apologizing.

Actually I was kind of glad that Kishi didn't make her some transmigrant too, because I thought her presence is something new that can help change the destiny of fighting brothers. But you made her a transmigrant in this story, whose previous versions had zero impact or significance and didn't change anything for brothers. So this part of the story just rubs me the wrong way.

But other than this is a very amazing job, Sakura's dedicatoin and skill were so impressive and you let her shine! :))

I'm really very nervous that there won't be ANY resolution between Sasuke and Sakura, and that would be very disappointing. In which case, I am already hoping that this could be more than a one-shot! Maybe like an alternate ending-this is what should have happened. I would totally read that!
