I'm pretty sure it's due to the amount of research you put into the story (and I thank you for adding your 'sources') which gives decided depth to the characters reasonings. Course, it could be that I love the mental image of Legolas playing frisbee with Merry and Pippen. ::Grin:: Thank you for sharing. |
| Alfirineth chapter 1 . 9/4/2011 That was an amazingly well put together story. I quite enjoyed myself while reading it. There was one sentence that was slightly confusing: "Glorfindel looked up at Elrond, descending the walk, his arms laden with a disordered pile of books, maps and papers." It is not really clear whether it was Elrond who had the books or Glorfindel until several sentences later. On another note, your style reminds me of Patricia McKillip. |
