I was wondering, since Dipper keeps getting headaches and seems as if he may faint at any moment, does that mean his life is in danger, even if he's only a half-gem?

I'm just curious, how does one form partial gem twins? Did the fusion of Dioptase and Diopside fall in love with a human and since both gems can't be on the same spawn, it became twins?

While the concept of of a fusion (haha) of GF/SU is totally awesome, so far this is just transcripts of the episodes with the occasional reference to gem stuff. I hope you're planning on changing things up more than that. Although I do sort of like that not all of Gravity Falls weirdness is being changed to gem monster stuff.
I'm wondering a bit on how canon to SU all the gem related stuff is supposed to be. Who was Mabel and Dipper's gem parent? Wouldn't they have the same gem, since they have the same gem mom, like how Steven has Rose's gem? How is Stan a gem? How is Gideon also a gem? He's got to be a partial, too. Why did so many gems decide to give up their physical forms to have children? Just like Rose Quartz, all those gems moms have to be deadish..
Will Dipper and Mabel be able to fuze? Will canon SU characters ever show up? Dipper has to heal his gem somehow. Luckily he isn't destabilizing like Amethyst did. They don't have Rose's healing fountain/powers to rely on.

Are any one the gems gonna have healing abilities? Because I really wanna see Dipper use his magic and if he actually has lost his magic forever then what the heck?!
