AnimeEverywhere chapter 3 . 10/2/2018 Awww... I'm not sure why the last sentence sounded so romantic! It was a brilliant ending :) Totally up to the reader to decide how it continues. The analogy of Red Riding Hood was really good too. Again never read something like this! I've read one about SasuSaku with the analogy of Cinderella (& there are some out there), but never of Red Riding Hood. I'm not sure why i even compare those two... I kept forgetting that Gaara is around 18 in this story. He seems so lost all the time, that i always thought he was a child... & little Gaara being lost T-T Nooo... Hopefully he found his place next to Sakura... They make a really cute couple. I've always been a fan of GaaSaku & this story just makes this feeling stronger! :) Thanks again for this extraordinary story! Bye~ AnimeEverywhere |
iamkur chapter 3 . 7/6/2017 love it.. i hope there were actual interactions.. but then again... this is so great! :D |
TrustInMe67 chapter 3 . 2/9/2017 I liked it! Very cool retelling of little red riding hood and the Estonian sayings were a nice touch! |
irisperson415 chapter 3 . 7/19/2016 But this story could go onnnnn, why stop abruptly D: |
ohtheregoesmygrades chapter 3 . 3/26/2016 Perfect! That was a good balance between mushy and not mushy! I agree that mushy wouldn't have really gone well. I Don't think it would fit the mood or theme-but oh the need is real. Also I totally loved how sakura snap her nose right back into place, with no fuss. Like hey, who cares-bigger fish to fry and all. Idk, that scene kind of made me laugh while also making me be like yeah let's go-sakura's got stuff to do. Fantastic story all around, thank you so much! You're definitely one of my favorite authors! |
ohtheregoesmygrades chapter 2 . 3/26/2016 You did a fantastic job destroying my heart. Thank you, it was great. Granny Haruno was excellent, and that makes losing her so much harder. You did a fantastic job explaining Gaaras backstory. I loved how you show both this growing attachment to sakura but his deep seated need to stay detached and how they do have major differences that seperate who they are and the worlds they come from. |
ohtheregoesmygrades chapter 1 . 3/26/2016 I love the proverb at the start of every section-they do a fantastic job foreshadowing and setting the mood. Also I love the part where you described Gaara's eyes as being the color of "lichen." How unique and refreshing! Love the idea of a fractured fairytale! I see a lot of fairytale AU's but not many fractured ones which is such a shame because they're so good! |
redhotchillipotato chapter 3 . 1/4/2016 This fic is definitely one of my favorite GaaSaku fic! I'm also pretty excited when you put this pairing in your Fractured Fairy Tale series. Srsly I think your writing is friggin awesome. Btw, I also read your SasoSaku fic, Crawling Back to Humanity, and it's also pretty good! I'm hoping that you might want to make some other fics using the pairing, cause I think you make great portrays of the couple. Perhaps for your next Fractured Fairy Tale fic? I swear I'm not insisting or ordering you around, I just had this idea in my head ._. Thank you, and keep writing! U're awesummm! |
Beyond the Border Ridiculous chapter 3 . 9/13/2015 Frick, I love this. It's so perfect, and dark, and morbid. I love how Sakura has morbid thoughts here and there in the beginning, and even in the end, after all the violence is said and done, her thoughts still took a morbid turn. Gaara as well, his characterization was on point and him holding himself back, struggling so hard to control himself, is perfect. This story was gold, and thank you for writing it. :} |
WintersWhiteMaiden chapter 3 . 6/22/2015 Wow! I really liked this fanfic! Yeah it was sad near the end but I would read more of the adventure they both would go on. It was an interesting story! |
Hiei's Cute Girl chapter 3 . 11/11/2014 This is undoubtably the most unromantic of your stories, but oddly enough, the one I like best. You always seem to prefer not-so-happily ever after, realistic endings with a mile and a half brimful of possibilities toward the good, the bad and the ugly, but this one seems to stretch towards the sky. I like that, how Sakura asks him to stay and he'd never dream of saying no. Mostly because, like a wolf, he is not tame nor meek. He is a force of nature, but he bound himself to her. An endless promise of protection; a sword with two edges, both steep and razor sharp. It's like the hunter in the stories. He had to gruesomely slay the big, bad wolf. That cost him something. For Gaara, perhaps, it was his freedom to roam. Even if, indeed, it was even freedom to begin with. Perhaps, with her, he is actually free. |
JUCHKO chapter 3 . 10/7/2014 Very cute. Although I feel that there could be so much more written, I understand wanting to keep it short. I liked this a lot. I think you did very good at keeping Gaara in character. JUCHKO |
garfieldsieuquay232 chapter 1 . 10/6/2014 "Don't be like that. You know I would wither up and die without you feeding me news." "The most thrilling thing we see is when Naruto and Lee compete to see who can toss hay bales faster, or who can run the most laps around the village." "A corpse might have been less upsetting." I'm in love. Again. Falling helplessly for you and your wonderful story. Brilliant as always, you truly live up to your reputation, being my most favourite author in our little fandom of GaaSaku. Never fail to amaze me with your creative plot, descriptive writing, convincing character development as well as an unique sense of (dark) humour. Brief and humorous, all stories of yours that I've read so far are refreshing and enjoyable. I've lost hope in the original story, blaming this on Kishimoto, but you're there to remind me that we still have fanfic to cling on. |
RamenLoverPixie chapter 3 . 10/5/2014 Oh my dear lord of all gumballs! That was an amazing story, but I wish you continue it cause it looks like there can be more then there is. Awesome job! Ja Ne |
Flea chapter 3 . 10/1/2014 I loved this-wish there was more! |
