I must say, even though I am a day late and a dollar short reading this story, damn it was riveting! I have noticed it among your stories for a while, but always skipped over it because Martha wasn't involved...for that I am sorry, so sorry.
I did watch Bones for a few seasons a while back while it was still on, then stopped for some reason, so can remember most the characters, but need to look the show up for a refresher. You did nail Brennan and Booth, think I recall Cam, but I had a difficult time remembering the other ones. That being said, I loved how you wrote the interactions between the Doctor and various members of the team. I also need to say, bravo for the use of one of the shows scariest monsters (I knew right away). Great writing as usual and hopefully the team will need to try and contact 11 or 12 for some mysterious, unsolvable death.

This entire thing was just so amazing and really well done. Like, all the characters were perfect and I love how all of it was done and I... can't keep going on without repeating myself over and over again. Basically, it's awesome. I kind of wish I could find out how they might manage to get his attention, but oh well. I'm sure they're capable of it. I know this was from ages ago but you did a really good job of it!

I read 'lay your egos on the table' as 'lay your eggs on the table's I thought it was some weird American colloquial thing meaning trust me.

And they need to count the shadows I presume. You captured the character of Ten perfectly, with his annoying traits and charm. Did Hodgins saw a blank paper or some government secret agency. Knowing Hodgins it's probably the later.

I finally found a story in the Bones category, even if it's a crossover, worth reading. I recently started watching Bones, but I've already watched all 10 seasons, because I got obsessed with David Boreanaz after watching Buffy and Angel shows. The sad thing is, so far of all the Bones stories this one is the only one worth a reader's time. It seems that all the good writers are in the Dresden Files, Torchwood and Doctor Who section. I like your style, the prose isn't too flowery, but it isn't too rushed either. You've managed to capture the crime spirit of the Bones show, and especially Brennan's personality and combine it with the Doctor Who suspense. Although, I have a little point to correct. Booth doesn't threat everyone with respect and doesn't really remember their names. I remember that he actually threatens people like an asshole. He kept calling Sweets kid, baby ect. And telling him to shrink the case files. He called Hodgins bug boy and didn't even remember Zach's name. As it hasn't been updated for a long time I hope it isn't abandoned and the 12 th chapter is actually the end. I think I know what is going on since it's from the Doctor Who site just wonder how they moved out of the library.
