Y'know, it would have been very cool had the Water there at the end also healed Hiccup's tail as an afterthought... :D

I really liked this story and even if you did say that your inspiration was 'The Little Mermaid' you certainly took it a whole other direction to great effect.

Wow! Mermaids and dragons all in one fic? My two favourite things! I absolutely loved this. It was so well written, good intricate plot that kept me guessing, and such a beautiful ending. I almost didn't read it because you didn't have Toothless mentioned in the character list, but I am so very glad I did. Thank you for creating and sharing this. This will definitely be a story I return to in the future. :)

i thought that it was really cool that hiccup and astrid spend so much time helping each other. i think that fishlegs and rosethorn might have stollen the show a little for the last few chapters, but can you blame them? i liked how sacrifices meant something, and there was some real good justice.

The funniest saddest, but funniest thing I have ever enjoyed reading. This was stunning. For there have been published books that I have that had nothing on this single chapter.

I am SO glad that I learned to give au's a chance! This was fantastic! You really know how to write the feels. Plenty of humor, suspense, fluff, etc. I particularly loved the line about napping then feasting, as well as the whole process of hiccstrid falling for each other. The whole story was just well-worded and had good plot. I look forward to reading more of your stuff.

Wow that was great, that hiccup get his leg back and that now he can be with Astrid. The only thing I don't like is the lost foot, why all the stories that no have anything to do of what happened in the movie. Put hiccup to lost his foot.
