Whipe it was good at the start, I feel that you followed the plot too closely. Honestly the best part was the summery, but I feel this story did not live up to it.

I don't know if you'll ever be able to read this, but I'll say it anyway... Why is he so weak? This is a dude who can topple down gods and demons alike, crush demigod knights and skilled warriors all over the place, and single handedly defeat the Lord of Light and the Dark Lord. Though it should be considered they were way past their prime and are mere shadows of who they really were, the feat is still borderline impossible for any normal man. Since it is implied your character finished the whole game and the DLC if I'll assume it, his performance should not be weak as it is no matter how rusty he gets. This is a dude who can parry with a small buckler, weapons twice or more larger than the average man regardless of strength. The player character can even carry any weapon no matter how heavy it is regardless of strength/endurance. It's simply the efficiency of the weapon that gets improved as the stat is raised higher and the characters performance. In essence, even if we don't apply gaming mechanics to a story, the simple fact that Mark is undead makes him inhuman with inhuman capabilities... But I digress. It's still your story. I'll respect your decisions regardless of my own opinions about it. Hope you update soon .

I have to ignore the fact that Lubbock just offered a job to a customer who should dressed in a full set of armor, had a sword by his side and didn't look like he was looking for a desk job. But hey, I can ignore that since it help the story progressing.

But well, when the Chosen Undead surprised by the fact that Night Raid had a modern firearm, I was surprised by the fact that he even know what a gun was like since last time I played Dark souls, people still using bow and crossbow.
