Eeeeeee! I love it when you update this! I'd been starting to think you never would and I would have to wistfully let the story go. Do you have a plot planned (wherein Loki isn't just exiled, he's operating a supernatural information network with the other gods and is planning to stop Thanos with or without Asgard's help)? Are you taking requests for other deities to show up? If so: magpies. Plural.

Magpies have different attributes depending on where you are, but in general a solitary magpie is bad luck. In real life they hold "funerals" for their dead fellows, so they are sometimes associated with death. But crowds of magpies (in real life) are social and talkative, and the bird is also associated with drinking and the Greek/Roman gods of wine (which my phone is not letting me spell and I'm lazy). In Asia they are good omens and are said to control the weather, which makes me think of Thor and how maybe he'd be annoyed by them. :) I'm picturing Loki hanging out with friends and having a good time while Thor grumbles in the background. Or Tony showing up to what's always been an empty bar, only to find a whole partying crowd of people who are all magpies from all over the world!

I have a couple ideas popping into my head, actually, (Loki gets into trouble and a single magpie comes to get Tony's help, bad-omen style), but I'm trying to review your fic and not go dictating how you should write it. Coyote amuses me. Loki's reaction to him was a hoot. Knowing he has friends (but also is the subject of far too much gossip) was nice. You have a couple wrong-word errors, like except/accept and your/you're. It was nice to see Loki without Tony around for a little bit, and I'm hoping maybe Coyote could help him with his self image since he doesn't seem to care about the jotun thing. Ooh, maybe you'll invent some jotun deities who stop by to say hello? That could be either good or bad for our boy.

Glad you returned and updated, if only Coyote had found Loki instead of Thanos. I agree with Loki, Thor owes Loki not the other way around. Plus, I think the Avengers would view Thor very differently if they knew about his part in sewing Loki"s lips shut.

The fire wine as a way to shut Tony up. Loki is a riot and I adore him. Also, brave of him to face his heritage, and recognize that he would never have hated what he was if it weren't for Odin. I hope his clients help him come to terms with who he really is.

I'm glad Loki didn't actually kill it. I suspect he and the thunder beast worked up a plan beforehand, but I was surprised when *he* was surprised at Natasha's stance. Still, his interaction with the critter was adorable, and I hope to see about a million other similar scenes like this. Loki and all the gods of the realms. Awesome.

I've read of Loki and Eris being friends but I think this is the first time I've seen the *equally plausible* moron that they were the same person. Nice!
