Love these one-shots; definitely in the 99th percentile. And I like your spin on Valka. She really doesn't have a personality from httyd 2, so I like your interpretation. These are nice because for once they are not pure fluff, smut, sappiness, angst, or hurt/comfort. These are just nice, endearing stories that don't ooze fluff like so many others (or at least you're more subtle about it). Nice job!

I always try to be honest in my reviews. Valka seemed a little Ooc this one. Just a tad. Maybe its just me.
But otherwise nice concept:)

This is very sweet. It is nice to see Astrid on the Hero side. Plus, I love sass. Specially, Hiccstrid sass.

I'm literally addicted to your oneshots. They're beautiful.
You should write one where Astrid is upset that Hiccup has been so busy doing his Chief duties. She goes and talks to Toothless, who Hiccup put in the stables because he wouldn't leave him alone.
