Awww this is so good. I love when he says "I'm him." He's not scolding her for not believing, hes just gently reinforcing that truth in the hopes that one day it is a realization for her. So beautiful.

This is so beautiful and I love the sweetness of this special time between the Doctor and Rose as he takes care of her. I am curious though, where in their timeline do you see this story occurring? I can tell that it's after "The End of the World", and my mind if trying to place how far into their relationship this is. Fantastic story, as always!

Wow. the fact that you brought me to tears at the very end of this was completely unexpected! - well done on just that! This is probably the best thing i've ever read that comes so close to capturing the realness of the doctor and Rose. the only thing missing, if you write that sort of thing, would be an intimate scene between them, which i think would probably leave all of us breathless! Brilliant, sweet, funny, stupendous writing. bravo.

This is my favorite story

I loved how she soothed his nightmares, like he had done for her. Only her touch and calm emotions soothed the Doctors' own emotions. It was an intimate moment, that they could have forgotten about, but I'm glad they decided to officially admit their feelings for the other.
