Great one-shot story of what if instead of getting revenge on Peter/Spider-Man for what Octo did to her, she is given another solid chance to be with him. This is what should have happened in the comics and the two make an excellent couple and it is a plus for Spider-Man to have girlfriend who can protect herself well and fight along his side. But sadly the creators never really want that to happen which is really too bad. At least there are these fanfictions and such out there to make it up. Although it would be nice to have What-If stories/series of the couple or something.

Should maybe check out the series "The Evil Men Do" and maybe other ones with them being close to being a couple.

I always enjoyed Spidey with Black Cat...that do-gooder hero coupled with a sexy femme fatale NEVER gets old. I prefer some dialogue in my fics, but nevertheless still a great fic. Bravo!

I keep hoping something like this happens when they do meet up as well. I can't stand Felicia staying mad at Peter for so long, especially once they meet. She'll have to notice the difference in personality and that something was amiss last time, right? Here's hoping!

I would like to believe that this could happen in the comics, she remembers and would make him hers and her his once more...but Marvel won't let that happen will they? He has to suffer.

Good job on that story. I'm just hoping that it would be like this in the comic book but knowing Dan Slott, he would rather turn the Black Cat into a super villainess than to reestablish the relationship between Peter and Felicia. I'm hoping that Spidey would find a way to make things right between him and the Black Cat since she doesn't want apologies or excuses on issue 3.

Great one shot although it has the potential to be a going for a couple of chapters. This whole chapter is brilliant showing Felicia's feelings for Spider-Man. I liked how you had fixed the whole identity wipe event for Felicia as it didn't make sense for her to not know. But it was nice that Felicia fell back in love with Peter and how this story can go anywhere.

With your permission, I would like to adopt this story but I have a nasty habit of updating after long periods of time.
