So sad...

THis is kinda...dumb..yeah..really dumb. While all the little kiddies want to see Jake get a HEA anybody with a brain would understand that winding up with sick, twisted Bella aint it. She chose his mortal enemy. She chose to throw her life away for some perceived security and now she does not want to pay the check for the dinner she ordered. She wants everyone else to pay especially Jake. Thats not love. The most common theme running through twilight and related fanfic are Bellas inability her to do what people do everyday live life on its own terms. Bella wan65ted to escape any and all risk in life. She didnt care how she was treated or that she could not be herself. Even her "confidence" as a vampire is illusion. In the end she has nothing because she is nothing. That makes Jakes "HEA" a nightmare really.

Why couldnt this have been the real ending.

So sad that Bells made such a life altering decision at eighteen just to realize later on that it wasn't what she wanted or really needed. Jake will have to keep phasing to stay with her forever. Will Cullens let her go? What about the pack and Billy would they be understanding? He loved her to her last breath and beyond.

Beautifully written. Sad but heartwarming both at once. Great little one shot that should have more reviews in my opinion.

Interesting. While it's hard to contemplate vamp Bella with wolf Jake we know the depth of his love and commitment to her. Here she acknowledges her foolish blind teenage self. And it's not all tragic, there is some hope. Thanks for writing.
