Following your Story "I Don't Count", I have to say that this little one-shot is simply gorgeous! Sherlock is a character that needs time to understand emotion and human behavior that reflects off of that emotion. However, by the time he reaches that conclusion or finally understands the hints and the little things floating about him, its too late.

I also adore how these two are so willing to be there for one another, even if it's just as a friend or confidant, or protector. The truth is, I didn't think I could ever see these two together, even after your previous story "I Don't Count".

Yet here, you were able to capture something in Sherlock that so few others have been able to do. I'm not really sure I can put a name to it, but here he seems . . .well, Sherlock. Like I've said before, writing Sherlock as a character is a very difficult challenge. I haven't even attempted writing him because of how complex he is. I don't want to much him up. But you?! You simply have captured the beauty, elegance, and sheer . . . complexity of the man.

I felt his emotions and feelings to be true, not forced. I really believe this is a conclusion he would come to, if explored in the TV series.

I don't know how you've done it, but you have made these tow characters fit in a natural and lovely way. And your version of Sherlolly is probably the only one I'll ever enjoy. Trust me, I've read a lot of others and they just don't compare.

Absolutely beautiful! This scene is so charged, you can hear Molly's heart breaking… Ugh, they'd be such an amazing couple! Is it too much to hope for the next series?!
