Extremely beautiful and extremely sad. Not sure whether I'm talking about the writing at this point, or the emotions captured and expressed by the writing. This story seems to be the embodiment of the reason why Angel Beats holds a special place in me despite the fact that the comedy moments aren't as humorous as it was the first time I watched this.

I'm not generally a fan of this method of writing, but I must say that this is quite masterful. It's lovely, and the sadness is breathtaking, although I have to admit that Otonashi and Kanade's separation didn't resonate with me in the same way as Hinata and Yui's. I can't exactly figure out why, either.

That aside, I'm happy I found your story. It really does need more recognition from the fandom. :)
