I would just like to say that it's been a few years and a few seasons since this, and the show is still exactly what you described the rebooted season as. There's so many cliches, so many cookie-cutter ideas, the creators being so obviously unoriginal, etc. I honestly like your story of how events happened, and even though I mostly liked what happened in the Stone Army season, I think that if your story had been there instead it would be a lot better

-her mom was negligent but she had a roof over her head
-she lives in Ninjago City, or some other big city of your choosing
-she was involved in organized crime, dated one of the leaders, Tamaki "Kuro-Sama" Kurosawa, and when she tried to stand up for herself a little bit, she was left for dead in an alley but managed to survive. (She was mentally abused for a while. When Tamaki hit her for the first time, she wouldn't have any of it and stood up for herself.)

-straight, dark brown hair that curves into gentle waves at the ends that flow down to her upper back. Wears hair in a ponytails on rough days.
-her eyes are are like dirt and blood mixed together into a dark brown mud. So, it's the kind of brown that has a red tint to it.
-her skin is honey beige, but can be darker in the summer
-her mother was Italian/Japanese and father was Hispanic. Her mother was young when she was pregnant. Not knowing her father, she was raised in poverty. She mixed into the wrong crowds, leaving her alone, abused, and impoverished. She had an abusive boyfriend she escaped from, but is now homeless. But after this breaking point, she has become determined to change the world around her.
-serpentine form: brown-red scales like her eyes, highlighted with Carmel and gold scales. She over all has a dark brown-dark red-Orange-light gold pallet.

I really hope you update soon. You're one of the only people on here who can portray the ninja accurately. Especially Nya and Zane, I understand how people can portray Zane incorrectly, he's a difficult character but I have trouble understanding how people can portray Nya incorrectly.

Anyway, keep up the good work. Everything is amazing and I really can't wait for the next book!

Well. That was a very impressive thing. Still processing the last few chapters.
You've come a long way from what seemed to be a simple JayxNya shipfic. You've created a fascinating and deep expansion/divergence of the canon universe, Cerberus has made this series much darker, and I love all of the lore, myths, and other supernatural elements in here.
Also, now that its basically been blatantly stated Garmadon is the Wayward Soul, there goes my theory about Ebony releasing the Aga to see her mother.
The parts with the reincarnations I feel are handled nicely, with the two chosen and their past selves, they are simultaneously one and the same and completely different. I like the contrast between Lloyd and his denial of that aspect of himself vs Dominique's acceptance.
I am definitely liking the part where Lloyd manifested his past self, the dragons coming in to heed their lord's call was awesome.
Also, few questions:
What is with Ayane's wolf spirit thing and calling not Amaterasu mom yet, is that a thing I missed, or will it be explained in Praise Amaterasu?
Also, been bugging me since the end of Beyond the flames, I've been picturing the ninja's new outfits as the elemental robes they got from the Temple of Light in the show, would that be correct?
