I liked this story. I was curious to see if anyone's written a story about Jacob's discontent with imprinting on a child. Though I haven't read all the books, the concept of 'imprinting' seemed a little off to me too based on what I've gathered from other sources. I totally agree with your comment at the end.

I hated the whole imprinting concept, and then when they started imprinting on kids it was just dead wrong. Good think at least In This story, Jacob had enough smarts to do something about it.
