The suite is also great. With all that tenderness. I like the idea of knitting even if it's surprising.
The Dursley barely got what they deserved but it was already good to see them so freaked out!
I love Dobby with his magic so underestimated!
Molly is always so stupid, Dumbledore who doesn't want to accept that everything is over and the worst Hermione thinks better than the others comes out of my eyes.
I love how the twins find affection and understanding with them and Ron and Ginny I like them also in history.
I like them both teachers, that promises.
The adoption finally completed makes it happy.

The dynamic here is interesting. It sounds as though both Remus and Sirius were always putting each other back together again, with James's help, after life had torn them up physically and emotionally. You know, as badly as Sirius was abused by his family, I'm surprised he didn't recognize a fellow sufferer in Snape. Or maybe he just didn't want to admit his abuse. Anyway ...

Most of Remus's difficulties when younger seem to have been the results of his lycanthropy. There was no Wolfsbane then, if I remember correctly, so he had lots of self-inflicted injuries. As an adult, he would have had more of the same, plus the physical and emotional harassment he'd been shielded from at Hogwarts. I can see how the loss of James and Lily, and thinking Sirius a traitor, must have devastated him. With them gone, he was alone, with no aid and comfort.

Harry may be young, but he has suffered, due to Dumbledore's meddling. It will be interesting to see how three fragile, broken people begin to heal by helping each other. Now, if only Dumbledore stays out of things.

I'm curious to know why Hermione would have problems with Sirius. Is she buying into Dumbledore's and Molly's criticisms of Sirius?

Dudley changed a lot after the Dementor incident. After he came back from school he was a different person. it isn't too late for him. He has had a doozy of a wake up call.

While I i believe Hermione was better than that by 5th year. I'll agree Molly bullies her children and others if she can get away with it. I'm loving this series and can't wait to see more of Severus' response to Sirius and Remus at Hogwarts.
