hermoine did not do her since her pet was outside her dorm. so she was the one not takeing care of her pet.

hermoien calling ron name but somehow that is ok, there were her cat wiskers on his bed with blood, but ron numb because it look like her cat kill him.

next when it look like her cat kill his rat, and by law her fault, she does not care that ron is hurt, and show no compassion, again she is in the wrong.

This is very good. Believable, feels substantially like another version of PoA that could've been written. There are so many fics about ruthless Harry, gray Harry, or brilliant Harry, even though "more mature Harry" would've done very well.

to be honest, while ron did overreact to Scabbers' "death", I can understand his anger. Scabbers was practically a family heirloom and the truth is, the evidence Ron found DID imply that it was Crookshanks. While the way he handled was indeed immature, it irritates me Hermione didnt even entertain the idea that Crookshanks did it, as well as how people absolve Hermione of any culpability by simply stating "It was just a rat." or "He didn't care for him anyway" (you know The old saying "You never know what you have until its gone.")
