New to this fandom I may be (watched the show all the time when I was younger and just started peeking into the depths of the fanfiction and art) I have to say that this is one of the best Danny Phantom fanfictions I have read so far. I may not have delved into everything yet, but that doesn't take away from how amazing this story, nice and short and to the point and written wonderfully, is.
The effects of Danny being what is basically half-dead had always interested me, even when I was younger and fist watching the show. Like, how would that effect his body when he's in his human form? He clearly still needs air, food sleep and ect. but what if it changed something else about him? And what about when he dies? Does he just become completely a ghost? Or just disappear completely? Danny heartbeat had never really occurred to me and I had just assumed that it was slower then what is the regular speed for a boy his age or something of that sort. But the idea that he doesn't have a heartbeat at all?

Well Danny is indeed heartless but not in the cruel evil way, so I'm gonna say that the whole heartbeat thing never once crossed my mind, so uh yeah, points for originality there.
