In my mind, the *real* Criminal Minds goes on forever, with Derek and Hotch, and has little or no relation to the dreck they've been airing lately.

in this chapter you had Garcia grab JJ and pull her into her office but then you have Reid, Garcia, and Rossi waiting outside of Rossi's door. A little confusing. Great story so far.

Perfect end to a great story! Having JJ show the picture to Jack of Hotch and JJ, both of them with their hands on Haley's stomach was a great added touch. It was great that JJ was able to show Jack that things weren't always bad between Hotch, JJ and Haley. Once again, great story! :)

I really like JJ and Will together. He's adorable, and he accepts her and her crazy job. You know, I'd expect Prentissto have pulled something like this, because we already know she lies about her past and her death and everything. Of course, come to think of it, we know JJ and Hotch both lie about people's deaths too. No wonder they're all so screwed up. sigh.

Oh boy. I really dislike JJ about this. She's been lying all these years, and if I was Aaron, I would never trust her. I didn't like Haley anyway, so it doesn't matter about the ruse she pulled, but it does matter about JJ. What a rotten sneaky thing. And she gave up rights to Jack, probably had to sign paperwork like that, so she has no right to be wanting contact with him now. I was raised by my father, so I don't automatically assume a mother is better or even good for every child. aaron should quit and take off to parts unknown with his son.

Oh my. Great idea for a story. I'm not a huge fan of Hotch/JJ, but I've seen the possibilities in some of the episodes. they seemed to have a special kind of rapport. Hotch and JJ and amazingly, Hotch and Garcia. I'm looking forward to seeing where you go with this.

Wonderful story from beginning to end. I loved the photograph JJ gave to Jack at the end. It truly brought the story to a beautiful conclusion.

Please, we need stories with Hotch. CM is no more CM without Thomas Gibson and i d'on't watch anymore but... stories with Hotch can still make us happy.

I just read the last four chapters at once had some catching up to do. I lovethe name and love how it ended. I hope you do write more Criminal Minds fic at some point.
