Madi H chapter 25 . 9/3/2019 Hm. That's odd. Why would she need to take down her fanfiction? I hope she backed it up. If I were her I would just make a new account, change the name to something more anonymous, and reupload the fanfiction. Lol. |
Brookie Twiling chapter 48 . 5/20/2019 Loved this story so much. How you took me for an emotional rollercoaster and how we slowly saw the world differently as Isabel was and how Scarecrow was originally trying for an experiment on Stockholm Syndrome, but how (I feel) that never happened, but they fell in love anyway (or maybe that's just the romantic in me?). But, yeah, loved this. And that ending, so sad but just perfect. I'm so happy they got a happy ending, though why they didn't have more children confuses me (not a criticism, just an observation that if they were having sex so often, wouldn't they have more kids? But I'm guessing that, cause it was the end of the story, you just didn't bother with it, which I totally get). Seriously though, loved this- one of the best Scarecrow fics I've read. Thanks for writing/sharing! |
misskateKane chapter 48 . 3/31/2019 i can't believe i finished it in 2 days |

Alastor1 chapter 48 . 9/8/2018 I cried for days after reading this chapter I mean it started out sad it broke my heart at the death of the rogue gallery but it was a beautiful story all together |
StyxAthena chapter 48 . 7/19/2018 I loved this story and I am not a Scarecrow fan. I ended up staying up until 4:00 a.m. reading it even though I had work the next day, but I just couldn't stop reading. Your story was paced very well! The the way you slowly built up their relationship was very believable and not rushed. It was also not too slow and kept my interest. Additionally, I appreciate the detail and information you included in regards to the intellectual conversations Jonathon and Isabel would have. You portrayed the characters very well and gave them a lot of depth. :) Thank you for writing such an enthralling story! I enjoyed it so much! |
Hats24 chapter 48 . 6/17/2018 I loved this story. The ending almost made me cry because its so sweet/sad... if that makes sense. Either way I really enjoyed reading this and I hope you continue to create amazing works. |
Sacrecrow chapter 48 . 1/22/2018 That was amazing! I was absolutely hooked! I read the whole thing i one night! Absolutely spectacular! I will admit, I did cry a little when I saw the grave stone inscription and when Jonathan apologised to Isabel! I was actually wondering, are going to write and continue ‘The Gilded Lily’ (PLEASE)?! I really really really enjoyed the preview for it and I’m super keen to read even more! Please please write it! I need to know what happens! :D |
Andie chapter 1 . 9/9/2017 Absolutely enthralling story! I love that you created this using inspiration from the "Beauty and the Beast" film, but totally made it your own! You've seriously got talent. |
VenusLives chapter 20 . 3/6/2017 I LOVE THIS STORY. ITS AMAZING! I always thought Crane to be one hot, sexy beast! ;) I like how you didn't take this fanfic a bunch of mushy, trashy romance and that Crane still has his awesome cool personality! 3 |
