Know you said Harry is "evil" in this story, but you could always redirect that into him NTR'ing jackasses like Draco.

One of Nidoranduran's stories over at Hentai Foundry has Draco betting Pansy over a duel with Harry and the latter working her over so well, she goes Draco who? at the end of that chapter.

Pity the commissioner didn't have any further ideas for her, as it was a perfect setup for character development.

Moving her from an early days BtVS Cordelia Chase to a AtS Pre-Jasmine possession one. Only a Grade A Bitch to those who cross the line.

Anyway, seeing how Harry is far more Tom's heir than Draco, you could always demonstrate Harry's "evil" by completely mentally destroying Draco.

Losing Pansy to Harry.
Losing the other attractive girls in Slytherin to him.
Losing his mother to Harry.
Losing the position as Tom's heir to him.

Should be enough to shatter the blithering plonker.

And Tom:s position isn't completely unreasonable, wanting to take over the world to prevent WW3 from happening.

There is a small amount of nobility in that thought.
Especially, when you consider how much more potent modern weapons are.

Plus, there's the small matter of rapid technology development and Pure Blood refusal to adapt.

Considering the number of mobile phones around with cameras in our day and age.

How long would it be before a case of Muggle Baiting got Live Streamed across the Net, thus shattering the Statute?

The unwillingness to change and superiority/inferiority complex of the BWW Pure Blood movement would damn the entire wizarding world across the globe.

And the Old Wether has his own issues, which prevent him from doing anything about the problem.

So "evil" Harry taking over the world, might just be the only way to "save" damn near everyone.
