I usually don't go for drabbles but I like these, perhaps because they connect together so well. They really build a picture of what was going through his head at the time. Ever thought of doing some set a few years later?

Plus, kudos for putting him in the shower for these. Tonight I've read four of your fics and he's ended up naked or partially naked in three of them... ;)

Nice insight into these folks and good use of the drabble. A shower is a great time to let your mind wander and contemplate the day.

Ah, you snuck an extra chapter in then. And it certainly complements the previous ones very well.
"At least out here it can be just for her." - I like that emphasis on him finding it easier to accept the one captain, rather than the full organisation of Starfleet. Also him respecting the 'courage of her convictions', an early parallel between their two personalities. Nice and succinct.

All of these are great! And the characterization in each one is perfect, spot-on. It would be interesting to see the same thing again, after a couple of years on Voyager - to see how his perception changed by then, especially of Paris and Tuvok, probably even of Torres.
